From 2020, celebrities over the age of 27 who have not yet completed compulsory military service will require special permission to carry out overseas promotional work from the head of South Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST), Soompi reports. Promotional activities must “help spread Korean culture” around the world, the MCST said. The new regulation means Jin, who is 27 and who will be required to enlist in the South Korean military for two years of mandatory service by the age of 28, might need approval from the ministry for any overseas promotional activities tied to his work next year....

The siblings were at their grandmother’s home in Bigelow, in Perry County, when two unleashed pit bulls attacked them on December 11, according to NBC affiliate KARK-TV. According to the news outlet, 6-year-old Declan Moore was attacked first before his brother Aiden Guzman, 10, leaped to help. The former first-round pick and his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, requested a trade from the team Friday.
