A 23rd woman has filed a civil lawsuit against Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson accusing him of sexual misconduct during massage sessions. The woman, Nia Smith, filed Tuesday in Houston. Smith said in the suit that she had watched Ashley Solis and Kyla Hayes, who have come forward with accusations of sexual misconduct against Watson, be interviewed by Soledad O’Brien for HBO’s “Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel” a week earlier.
